Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the GrantLogix platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GrantLogix is a cloud-based grant services management platform that provides tools for grant writing, funding strategy, client management, engagement tracking, workflow automation, and AI-assisted document processing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to GrantLogix requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during enrollment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The GrantLogix platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Beanzoom LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beanzoom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
