Beanzoom LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the GrantLogix platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide when creating an account, contacting us, or using our services.
We automatically collect certain information when you use our platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. We may also collect information about your device and usage patterns through cookies and similar technologies.

4. Google User Data
GrantLogix lets you connect your Google account to create and manage grant documents in Google Drive and Google Docs. When you connect, we request your permission for the Google API scopes below, and we use the access only to provide the features you choose to use:
- Google Drive — per-file access (the drive.file scope): we can access only the specific Drive files you select through Google's file picker and the files GrantLogix creates in your Drive. We cannot see, list, or read any other files in your Google Drive.
- Google Docs (the documents scope): we create and edit Google Docs on your behalf — for example, generating a formatted grant application or planning document from your GrantLogix content — and keep those documents in sync so you can collaborate in Google Docs.
How we use Google data. We use data obtained through these scopes solely to provide and improve these user-facing document features. We may process it through service providers that help us operate the features (for example, secure cloud hosting and AI services used to generate or extract document content), only as needed to deliver the feature to you. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide the feature, with your consent, or as required by law.
Limited Use.GrantLogix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Revoking access.You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Connections in GrantLogix, or from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting revokes GrantLogix's access to your Google data.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict processing of your information
- Request portability of your data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
